Weight Loss Tips
Based on my own experience and the research I’ve found here are my quick weight loss tips:
- drink more water;
- reduce your salt intake;
- eat more protein;
- eat less carbs;
- eat less bad fat;
- eat more good fat;
- swap junk food for healthier alternatives (in my case crisps for grapes);
- eat more often – six small meals per day is better than two large ones;
- don’t skip breakfast;
- eat protein for breakfast;
- eat lots of fruit and vegetables;
- be more active;
- do some resistance training;
- do some aerobic exercise;
- use smaller plates/bowls;
- don’t shop for food when hungry;
- plan meals ahead;
- make small changes;
- don’t diet!
