Based on my own experience and the research I’ve found here are my quick weight loss tips:

  • drink more water;
  • reduce your salt intake;
  • eat more protein;
  • eat less carbs;
  • eat less bad fat;
  • eat more good fat;
  • swap junk food for healthier alternatives (in my case crisps for grapes);
  • eat more often – six small meals per day is better than two large ones;
  • don’t skip breakfast;
  • eat protein for breakfast;
  • eat lots of fruit and vegetables;
  • be more active;
  • do some resistance training;
  • do some aerobic exercise;
  • use smaller plates/bowls;
  • don’t shop for food when hungry;
  • plan meals ahead;
  • make small changes;
  • don’t diet!
